Compact and pet-friendly units available with comfy beds and a cute upstairs bathroom plus a table or chair. Remote location in a beautiful area that is good for walking etc.

This hotel was located in a central area so close to listen to the wildlife, the conservatory, and restaurants and bars. Apart from that, Church of st Paul was 10 minutes' drive away. We enjoyed the king room which was nicely furnished with minute bathroom.

Recently renovated & charming old unit for a table or chair to sit on. Marvellous, incredible location close enough to the lovely beer garden and the Horse.

Appreciated my standard queen room. The staff were incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating at this place. The position of the hotel was marvellous, also in a great location for exploring the Cotswolds.

When we visit Stow-on-the-Wold, like staying here. The food offer is splendid.

It was a quirky place, had very helpful staff who did n't think it was beneath her to give good service.

The standard king room was tiny with exceptionally comfortable beds. Our breakfast was gorgeous and great for various diets.

our recent stay in stow-on-the-wold was amazing, but our stay at horse & groom surpassed all expectations. the cozy room, outstanding food, and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, providing everything from vegetarian options to ice scrapers. highly recommend!

The Horse & Groom exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful extras like bottled water and toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the beautiful rural surroundings. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

The unit we got was pet-friendly and beautiful old with a decanter and heater plus easier access to restaurants. The location was great and lovely, adjacent to the main pub, convenient to go everywhere. Loved this very nice stay on our road trip.

by and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in stow-on-the-wold, had much fun and met accommodating staff in a more a reasonable and professional manner. you could leave a car on-site.
